Payment information
We do not collect or store your payment card details. All payment processing is handled directly by our licensed payment partners (Paystack, Flutterwave, Monnify, Stripe). Please review their respective privacy policies for information on how they handle your payment data.

We use the information we collect to:
- Process and fulfil your gift card orders and send you your codes.
- Send you order confirmation and receipt emails.
- Provide customer support and respond to your enquiries.
- Detect and prevent fraud or unauthorised account access.
- Improve and optimise our website and product catalogue.
- Send you service updates or important notices related to your account (not marketing).
- Comply with applicable legal obligations.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.
3. Sharing Your Information
We share your information only in these limited circumstances:
- Payment processors: your email and order details are shared with Paystack, Flutterwave, Monnify, or Stripe solely to process your payment.
- Gift card suppliers: order data may be passed to our licensed wholesale suppliers to fulfil your card.
- Service providers: we use Supabase for database hosting. Your data is stored securely on their infrastructure.
- Legal requirements: we may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in response to valid legal process.
4. Data Retention
We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. Order records (including email address and card codes delivered) are retained for a minimum of 2 years for legal and fraud prevention purposes.
You may request deletion of your account and personal data at any time by emailing support@zeldastore.net. We will process deletion requests within 7 business days, subject to any legal retention requirements.
5. Cookies
We use the following types of cookies:
- Essential cookies: required for authentication (keeping you logged in) and cart functionality. These cannot be disabled.
- Analytics cookies: we may use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our site. This data is aggregated and anonymised.
