You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use this Site and make purchases. By using ZeldaStore, you confirm that you meet this requirement. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.

ZeldaStore sells digital gift cards sourced from licensed wholesale suppliers. All products are clearly described including brand, denomination, region, and currency. It is your responsibility to ensure you purchase the correct product for your intended use.

Gift cards are region-specific. A gift card labelled "US" is intended for use with US-region accounts and may not work with accounts registered in other regions. We are not responsible for purchases of incorrect regions.

We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or limit the availability of any product at any time without notice.

Prices are displayed in your selected currency. We support multiple currencies including NGN, USD, GBP, EUR, and AED. Exchange rates are applied at checkout and may vary based on market rates. The amount charged will be in the currency shown at the time of payment.

Payment is required in full before any order is processed. We accept payments via multiple processors including Paystack, Flutterwave, Monnify, and Stripe, depending on your region. By completing a purchase, you authorise us to charge the stated amount to your selected payment method.

We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time. Price changes do not affect orders already confirmed.

Upon successful payment, your gift card code will be delivered to your email address and displayed on your order page. Delivery is typically instant. In rare cases, delivery may take up to 15 minutes.

An order confirmation does not guarantee fulfilment if there is a technical failure with our suppliers. In such cases, we will contact you within 24 hours to either fulfil the order or issue a full refund.

You are responsible for providing a valid and accessible email address. ZeldaStore is not liable for codes sent to incorrectly entered email addresses.

Due to the digital and instantly deliverable nature of gift cards, all sales are final once a code has been delivered. We do not offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect purchases.

Exceptions apply in the following cases:

• You receive a code that is already redeemed or invalid — we will replace it at no cost.
• We are unable to fulfil your order due to a supplier failure — you will receive a full refund.
• A duplicate charge is made for the same order — the excess will be refunded.

To request a refund or replacement under these exceptions, contact us at support@zeldastore.net within 7 days of purchase, with your order ID and a description of the issue.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity, without prior notice.

You agree not to use ZeldaStore to:

• Purchase gift cards for fraudulent, illegal, or money-laundering purposes.
• Resell gift cards commercially without our prior written consent.
• Use stolen or unauthorised payment methods.
• Attempt to exploit, hack, or disrupt the Site or our systems.
• Provide false information at checkout or registration.
• Engage in chargebacks for legitimately delivered orders.

Violation of these terms may result in account suspension, order cancellation, and reporting to relevant authorities.

All content on this Site — including logos, product descriptions, and design — is the property of ZeldaStore or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on this Site without our express written permission.

Gift card brand names and logos (PlayStation, iTunes, Amazon, etc.) are trademarks of their respective owners. ZeldaStore is not affiliated with or endorsed by these brands.

ZeldaStore is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of the Site or any product listed on it.

We do not guarantee that the Site will be error-free or uninterrupted. We are not responsible for third-party platform outages (e.g. PlayStation Network, App Store) that affect the usability of redeemed cards.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZeldaStore shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or any purchased product.

Our total liability for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that specific order.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and if unresolved, through the appropriate legal channels in the jurisdiction applicable to your transaction.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page, with the "Last updated" date revised accordingly. Your continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
